an original leica i model a with elmax 3.5/50mm lens from 1925/6. the elmax lens succeeded the famous anastigmat lens, with only approximately 1,000 made for model a from the serial number 280. a few minor paint retouches can be found on the camera body, but otherwise a beautiful piece. it is special to have this rare collectible in full working condition.
